The project involved the complete lifecycle delivery of key traffic technology components — starting from site surveys and system design, through to civil works, solar power integration, telecom infrastructure, and final commissioning.
Scope of Work:
Site Survey & Engineering Design
Comprehensive site analysis and technical design for optimal placement of traffic control systems, communication links, and power sources.
Civil Works
Construction of equipment foundations, roadside enclosures, pole installations, cable ducting, and trenching for infrastructure deployment.
Solar Power System
Integration of off-grid solar energy solutions for traffic systems, including PV panels, battery storage, inverters, and charge controllers — ensuring energy independence and sustainability.
Telecommunication Infrastructure
Installation of fiber optic and wireless backhaul to connect field devices with central control rooms or data centers, ensuring real-time communication and remote monitoring.
Equipment Mounting & Commissioning
End-to-end installation and commissioning of smart cameras, ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition), vehicle detection sensors, traffic signal controllers, and signage systems.
